Once you've learned the basic postures, you can move into vinyasa, flowing the poses together without break. Develop strength, stamina, flexibility and consciousness. Includes intermediate hatha and breathwork. Concludes with relaxation.
Our slowest moving yoga class with long postural holds allowing muscles, fascia and tendon to lengthen. The bones thicken and strengthen. Excellent elders and athletes. Highly recommended for autoimmunity and nervous disorders. End with a guided relaxation.
