A former couch potato, she had to fulfill a college physical ed requirement. During Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) in one of her required classes, she experienced a peace and serenity she had never known, Now, it's her soul's purpose and adventure!
She has studied and taught yoga for 27 years in the USA and abroad. She is the founder of The Yoga Lily and master of The Yoga Lily Teacher Training school. She also offers workshops & retreats. Nothing makes her happier than helping you relieve pain, release stress and remember your unlimited soul!
