SACRED YOGA FOR SACRED PEOPLE

We begin with time to connect with breath & a spiritual teaching of yoga. Then, move into yoga postures that increase strength and flexibility and improve internal organ function. They also support our subtle, energetic system.  We conclude with guided deep relaxation, rejuvenating the nervous system and reconnecting us to the inner peace we naturally possess. We close with a 1-minute meditation or reflection and a short peace chant.  Please have your props ready before we begin. A mat, a Mexican-style blanket, two blocks, a yoga belt, and a bolster are most helpful.
